1.Product Introduction mineral grinding equipment

A Gypsum Grinding Mill is a specialized pulverizing device designed to process natural gypsum ore or industrial byproduct gypsum into fine powder. It is widely applied in industries such as building materials, cement, desulfurization, and gypsum board manufacturing. Its core function is to mechanically grind lump gypsum (typically particle size ≤25mm) to a target fineness (e.g., above 325 mesh) to meet the grain size requirements of various industrial applications.



2.Application mineral grinding equipment


  1. Building Materials: Gypsum board, wall putty, self-leveling mortar.
  2. Cement: Added as a retarder.
  3. Agriculture: Soil conditioner.

3.Working Principle mineral grinding equipment

A gypsum grinding mill production line generally consists of the following four stages:

  1. Crushing: A jaw crusher reduces gypsum lumps (under 300mm) to a size within 25mm.

  2. Elevation and Storage: A bucket elevator transports the crushed material to a storage silo to ensure continuous feeding for the mill.

  3. Grinding and Classification: The material is uniformly fed into the mill via a vibrating feeder. After grinding, a classifier screens the particles; qualified fine powder proceeds to the next stage, while coarse material returns for re-grinding.

  4. Collection and Packaging: The powder is collected by a pulse dust collector, cooled, and moved to the finished product silo for automated packaging.
